The area often referred to as Myrtle Beach, SC actually spans from Pawleys Island all the way up to Little River, SC. The city of Myrtle Beach is where most of the tourist go and all of the high rise Myrtle Beach Condos and and Myrtle Beach attractions are located.

Myrtle Beach has been famous for having over 100 golf courses within a hours drive. It has often been called "the Golf Capital of the World". Many of the golf courses have been designed by world famous golfers and designers, such as "The Witch" and "Blackmoor".
